Small Orchard started with one question: why is it so hard to find a compact fruit tree you can actually grow in an apartment?

The general garden stores carry hundreds of full-size varieties and maybe two dwarfs, buried at the back. Etsy has specialists, but you spend an afternoon hunting across forty tabs trying to figure out who ships reliably and who will send you something that arrives dead.

We decided to fix that.

Every tree we carry was chosen because it fits a real home. Patios, balconies, windowsills, small yards. We focus on dwarf fruit trees and bonsai because that is where the demand is and where the supply is scattered and inconsistent.

Every order ships with live-arrival confidence. If your tree does not arrive healthy, we make it right.

Every product page includes care guidance written for someone who has never grown a tree before, not for a botanist.
